You’ll submit your photo or scan after placing your order. Once checkout is complete, you’ll be prompted to upload the handwriting, signature, or drawing you’d like us to recreate.

A clear, well-lit photo or scan works best. Make sure the entire piece of handwriting is visible and the image is taken as straight-on as possible. Don’t worry about removing the background or cleaning up the image—we’ll take care of that.

Not at all. Folds, wrinkles, aged paper, notebook lines, and other imperfections are completely fine as long as the handwriting itself is visible.

We carefully recreate the character of the original handwriting, but embroidery is a different medium than ink or pencil. Very fine details may be simplified slightly so the finished piece stitches beautifully while still feeling true to the original.

Yes. As long as the individual samples are clear, we can combine handwriting from multiple photos into one piece. Include any specific instructions when you submit your artwork.

If we don’t think your submission will translate well to embroidery, we’ll reach out before creating your piece. We may ask for another photo or recommend a small adjustment.

Each piece is approximately 5 × 7 inches, making it easy to display or frame.

No. Your order includes the embroidered textile piece only, so you can choose a frame and display style that fits your space.

Each piece is made to order, and production typically takes approximately two to four weeks. Timing may vary depending on order volume. If you have a specific date you need your piece by, please reach out before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Because each piece is created specifically from your submitted artwork, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
